Take the "Profit Potential" Test There are four different tests based on the four different phases of our Lean Office. See if you can find profit in your office. Organize If you answer "yes" to any of the following questions, chances are the tools in "Organize" will help you find profit in your office. Profit in this phase of implementing lean is typically found through reduced need for office supplies, storage cabinets and improved search times for employees.
If you answer "yes" to any of the following questions, chances are the tools in "Stablize" will help you find profit in your office. Profit in this phase is typically found through preventing the recreation of existing knowledge, reducing variability in processes and cross utilization of associates.
If you answer "yes" to any of the following questions, chances are the tools in "Prioritize" will help you find profit in your office. Profit in this phase is typically found through focusing resources on the most relevant and beneficial projects first; ensuring results will actually be realized as subsequent projects are completed.
If you answer "yes" to any of the following questions, chances are the tools in "Revolutionize" will help you find profit in your office. Profit in this phase is typically found by eliminating waste from processes. Waste is defined as any unnessary time, information or materials. Results of Revolutionize are dramatic! |
